It is the policy of Challenger Cleaning to
develop induction and training programs that are specific to
each and every site and contract. Challenger provides a
general cleaning service to NSW Railway Stations on an overnight
basis 365 days per year. Challenger also provides special
spring-cleaning for same across metropolitan Sydney over the
last year Challenger cleaned 64 stations with a 95% satisfaction
rate. Challenger staff have obtained Rail Industry safety
Induction
and Protection Officer One Certificates. Prior to
commencing a new job a safe work method statement is generated
specific to the the tasks. For the past 4 years Challenger has been
cleaning the State Transit authority Bus Fleet across 11 depots.
