ChalIenger Cleaning provides
HACCP cleaning
service 365 days of the year for various nursing homes where it not
only prides itself on the high standards that are required in all
homes but on going training to achieve this.
Challenger has a Supervisor on site that
is trained in OH&S, First Aid, Work Place Hygiene, Chemical
Handling & safety who ensures that these are passed on to our
employees. We have cleaning schedule charts in place that
are signed off on daily by the staff with the works checked and
approved by the supervisor.
All of our employees are thoroughly
screened as we are aware that it takes a certain manner in a
person to enable them to work around the elderly. We put
the staff through interviewing, background checks, behavioural
questions and training.
Other services that Challenger provide for
the nursing home sector are the stripping and sealing of the vinyl
floors, window cleaning, carpet cleaning and spring cleaning.
