I wanted to drop you a line to let you know what a fantastic job your team did during and after Conception Day on Friday.

I left here around midnight on Friday and the floors internally were terrible. On Saturday morning I came in & the whole building was spotless. I have personally thanked both Jimmy & Kim for their hard work.

 I am extremely pleased with the job that was completed by these contract cleaners, they did an extremely good job cleaning the station, it's absolutely spotless.  Our concourse tiled area of the station looks brand new as does the rest of the station.  Thank you.
